Another way to check level is to place a level in the bottom of the freezer 
compartment of the refrigerator.  After you get the trailer level with the 
freezer as a reference point, then check various points in the trailer to 
find a level spot.  This spot can then be used in the future instead of using 
the freezer.

The object is to get the refrigerator level.  When it is level, the rest of 
the trailer should be level or at least close to it.
