Hi Lincoln,

Actually Home Depot does have a single hole faucet that would work, the one I 
got. The Kohler "Fairfax" with the pull out spray. I know about the Moen 
lifetime warrantee... last year I had to replace the cartridge.

I have hated the moen since the day I got the trailer... just because it was 
so ugly. It's cream colored and my double sink is stainless. That's why I got 
a new one.....
