I'm guessing that A/S didn't balance the brake drums, so you have to 
balance the wheel mounted on the TT. Then any time you remove a 
wheel, you have to get it back exactly the same way it was or the 
whole thing needs to be re-balanced. Thats the way things use to be 
50 years ago! When I bought new tires last summer, they didn't have 
one of those old wheel balancers. They just balanced the wheels.
