     I read this information in the newspapers.  This change in the method
of taxation should get real interesting, I would think.  My registration
address for my trailers is in Houston, which is where I live.  The trailers
however are stored in Stafford, Texas, which is nearby.  Who gets to tax me?
Houston imposes residential property tax..............Stafford does not!
Both locations are in the same county.
     There probably will be some changes made before all of this gets sorted
out.
