At most RV stores you can find what they like to call a 'master battery
switch', which installs in-line and, with a turn of it, interrupts the
circuit.
Not sure where the battery on your rig is, but it shouldn't be difficult to
install one in the battery compartment, or just inboard where it's
accessible.
