Your camber is out, that is the vertical alignment of
the wheel, is the tire wearing evenly around the outer
circumference? If the wear is irregular it may be as
simple as a bent rim. The axle has a factory preload
that appears as an upward bend in the center, this
allows the wheels to ride somewhat level when a load
is put on the axle. A good alignment shop should be
able to check the camber for you and possibly repair
the axle, it is adjusted somewhat like a Ford truck
front end with twin "I" beams, they simply bend them
to align them.
