Here's what I would do:

First, do the epoxy stuff, drilling the holes and getting it well into
the tragic plywood.  Then see what you have. I wedged a sort of plug of
plywood into the two fist size hole in the floor and then filled up the
hole with epoxy putty. What I wish I had done was to put some supports
underneath, and screw down into them. That part wiggles a bit when you
step on it, but so far so good.  If the mess is under the sofa, that
might not be too bad.

The plywood is the bologna between the top and bottom of the trailer.
They put the floor on the bottom and then bolt the top on. The bolts go
through a U channel which collects water and drips it onto the floor
after the bolt has rusted out.  Really fixing a bad floor requires a
frame up restoration. There are folk on the VAC list
(VACList@airstream.net) that have done this. I would rather go camping,
myself. 

First you have to caulk up every seam with Vulkem Caulk, not silicone.
there are others, but Vulkem is the best, IMHO
