Just checked on it today. It is all sandblasted, and coated with a 
heat resistant base powder coat. The final coating will be on 
tomorrow. I am having it done in an anodized silver powder coat (it 
will look a lot like the stainless steel sink). Initially, it looks 
really good. Powdercoat finishes have come a long way and there are 
an amazing amount of metallic and textured finishes you can get. In
the business I'm in, we have all of our extrusions powdercoated or 
anodized. Powdercoating is environmentally safe.

I will post pictures when it is done.

For those of you who asked where I am getting it done, it is a local 
powdercoater I use for my business in Tampa. I will find out what he 
would normally charge. I give him thousands of dollars worth of 
business, so he is just doing it for me.
