All but a small section of blue strip was already gone on my '69 Overlander.  
I pulled out the big chunks of what was left, and wadded up some duct tape 
and used it's stickum to pull out the little chunks that remained around the 
rivets.  

At Radio Shack, I found some plastic tape that is a REALLY good match for the 
dark blue striping, but it comes only in a pack with red, yellow, green and 
black -- 11' rolls each.  So... I bought 6 packs, and used just the dark blue 
out of them.  It looks great, and I only spent $18.

Now all I need to do is find a use for the 264 feet of tape in the other 
colors.
