By all means, replace the airbags, don't 'stiffen' up the springs. The
airbags provide a comfortable ride, as well as the option of changing the
feel of the ride by adding/removing air.

Is the rig is sagging to the same corner as the bad airbag? That might be
the problem. If not, maybe the shock on that corner is bad.
