Jim,
On my trailer it is a small push in button that is on
the outlet where the coax from the TV connects to. 
When you push it in, a little green light turns on
which shows that the antenna amp is powered.  You push
again to turn it off. 

If your trailer has an outside connection for cable
TV, make sure that the amp is off if cable TV is your
source. (Leaving the amp on messes up the cable TV
picture.)

Don't forget to turn off the amp when you are in
travel mode.  (It is a 12 volt device so it will
continue to be on when you are disconnected from shore
power.)
