Hi, If you are buying a new unit, you shouldn't have much more than 
the normal yearly and seasonal items for a long time.  Winterizing, 
spring checklist, things like tire preassure, liting checks, wheel 
bearing and brake check ups,cleaning. The first year you may feel a 
bit overwhelmed, but things will quickly fall into a routine for you. 
You will very certainly like the freedom that an AS can offer. More 
importantly you will have a trailer far superiour to the "SOB's" Many 
of us have AS that are 25 to 35 years old and they do reqiure more 
attention than a new one, but still give very good service. Good luck
