Yesterday I asked for info on compairing "lumens" to "candlepower" I 
have the info if anyone wants to keep it for future ref". 

Candlepower can be converted to lumens by multiplying the candelpower 
rating by 12.57.

Lumens can be converted to candelpower by dividing by 12.57. 

For instance... A very popular bulb in my 78 AS is # 93.  (28 if I 
counted rite) Two # 93 bulbs = 377 lumens and draw 2.08 amps. A 12" 
fluor. tube puts out 400 lumens and draws .8 amps. Above my counter 
top are three lites and each contains two #912. All three lites are 
on one switch and produce a total of 72 candlepower or 905 lumens 
while drawing 6 amps. Two 12" flour. tubes produce 800 lumens and 
draw 1.6 amps. And they can be switched individually.Guess who is 
going to start upgrading liting in my "Home on the range"? Most 
automotive supply houses can give you specs. on automotive style 
bulbs. The specs on flour. lites can be gotten from camper supply
