Bill,
The rule of thumb is that you open the faucet which is
furthest from the water entry point then start the
compressor.  On my Safari that is the kitchen sink. 
Once you blow out the water you go to the next faucet,
open it up and close the other.  Don't forget the low
point water valves.  I opened these last.  It is
suprising to see how much water comes out of these
after the faucets blow air.  The low water valves may
not be enough to offset high incoming air pressure so
you may need to leave a faucet open if you compressor
puts out some heavy output.

You can repeat the process on pumping the antifreeze. 
I even opened the low water valves for a second to
make sure the antifreeze was through the low side. 
Leave some antifreeze standing in the toilet.  This
will help keep the seal on the toilet from drying out.

Don't forget to empty the holding tanks at this point
since the antifreeze in the traps will displace the
water into the holding tanks.

I switched over to Prestone brand RV anti freeze a few
years back.  I find its less slimey and doesn't leave
stains like some of the bargain brands.
