Welcome Michael,

Do you want to live in it, take short trips ?

Or are you yearning to take it all appart ?

That's the balance we have to maintain with these things.

First stop the leaks, then clean, clean clean. 

Some of the older parts are better than new ones, but they do have to
work. 

Mostly, just go slowly and take things in the order of catastrophe.

And make sure you are having fun ( at least most of the time)
