Below is a note I received from Ford Motor Co. in ref. to a company upgrade
transmission cooler.

Dear Terry,

Thank you for your message of 10/23/01 regarding your 1999 Ford F-350.
We appreciate the time you have taken to write us concerning the
availability of an upgrade transmission cooler for your F-350.

Terry, according to our records your vehicle is already equipped with
the auxiliary cooler for heavy-duty use.  Therefore, if you are towing a
trailer within the towing capacity of your F-350, it is not necessary to
upgrade the transmission cooler.  As such, Ford Motor Company does not
recommend any aftermarket modification.  Ford does not offer any
transmission cooler upgrade for your F-350.
