Chevy Trailblazer will definitely tow Caravel.  It is rated in the 
neighborhood of 5000-6000 l bs.    I tow a 31" Excella (1983) with a 
Mercury Mountaineer V8 which is rated at 6800 lbs.  The Excella's 
Gross weight is maxed at 7300, but with little water and the fact 
that we use it for camping only (no big clothes to take), we keep 
weight down under 6000 lbs. 

The Trailblazer's 6 cylinder is a new design and very powerful.
