I wonder if the hitch in the original report simply reached the limit of 
its turn capability? It might have felt like it "locked up" then??

Question: Will a Hensley allow you to turn tightly without restriction? For 
example, will the Hensley allow you to turn so tightly that the tow 
vehicle's bumper could almost strike the trailer's frame (long wheel base 
trucks need not apply)?
