My '91 Limited Anniversary SE came with the Michelin XCA's. They are pretty 
special - they have steel _sidewall_ plies, in addition ot the conventional 
steel belts. I think they are the only tires made this way - others don't 
use steel for the sidewalls.

  I had to replace them due to wear and shopped for the same XCA's and was 
unable to find them anywhere in the USA last spring. They were only 
available in Europe, I think. Maybe Canada also. I think they would be 
worth the price if you can actually buy them.
