One suggestion.  You might contact the seller and request him/her to 
have the best Goodyear, or whatever, trailer tires balanced and 
installed before you arrive.  Then offer to split the difference with 
him/her.  Here is the math......(I understand the selling price is 
$400)...(1) New tires cost at least $100 each...If you insist that the 
seller furnish the tires, he/she will tell you to take a walk--(2) or 
he/she will have some junker used auto tires installed for about $45 if 
you do not request the best...(3) You will need to use only the best 
tires you can get anyway.  You could possibly settle for $500 selling 
price and have good "insurance" getting your "baby" home---or settle for 
the cheapo's and not get your "baby" home in one piece.
