Chris,
If the serial # is 8000, you would have the very first Cruisette made, 
and 8003 wouldn't be too shabby either.  There are photo's of a 
Cruisette at:

and a Cruisette Sales Brochure with floor plans and interior images is 
on the VAC website (http://airstream.org) in the members archive area.

I'd be curious what the serial # is...
