You need an "olympic Bulb-Tite rivet" put a small
amount of vulkem sealant on the body of the rivet
before you insert it, this will help seal it from the
inside, you'll need to clip the stem off after you
pull the rivet and then file the remaining stem flush
with the rivet body. A word of caution, don't use the
rivet with the edpm washer, after the washer seats and
shrinks the rivet will come loose.
