I am in the process of wiping every surface inside (inside everything 
too!) in my 1973 31' Sovereign. It had smoke as well a mildew. I am 
using a mildew/stain remover from Dollar General that is working 
well. Mine is as not heavily smoked as yours but it is there and 
coming off. Just try it an inconspicuous place first and make sure 
the flooring is covered because there is bleach in there and the 
bottles are drippy. It has not affected the "wood grain" on the 
closets. It has not bleached out the yellowed vent covers either - 
durnit. Hubby is allergic to mildew so I need the heavy duty stuff. I 
would almost hit yours with a detergent water mix then wipe and use 
the mildew remover. My gold shower/sink is discolored too and I think 
I may end up ripping the whole thing out if I cannot live with it. 
Living with it would take less money though. Good luck! Kathy
