Many times in the past we have had customer bring what appeared to be a 
leaking fresh water tank. In virtually all cases to date it has turned 
out to be a fitting leak. The symptom you describe
suggests the gravity fill hose to the tank has cracked and is leaking.
The tank must be removed by dropping the tank enclosure from below. 
Great care must be taken when doing this because the fittings can not be 
easily accessed and without the tank enclosure supporting
it the tank will hang on just the fittings.
There has been a replacement tank available for several years. You would 
best call a dealer and confirm it before going to far.
