You don't need the WD bars to use an anti-sway device, they are
seperate issues. The Weight Distribution bars transfer some of the
tongue weight of the trailer onto the front axle of the truck and back
to the trailer axles. They make the whole thing work as a 'unit',
helping keep the front wheels of the truck on the ground and making the
outfit ride and handle better.
Getting the trailer level is done with the hitch ball adjustment and is
