     Yes, you could do something like that, or just go to Camping 
World on line and get an adaptor kit (I got mine at a campground; I'm 
sure CW is cheaper).  This comprises a valve that you insert between 
the pump and it's inlet tubing; some fittings to accommodate 
different setups, and a short (too short, IMO) piece of tubing that 
you put into the antifreeze bottle.  When you're finished, you just 
remove the tubing that goes in the AF bottle (or not, your choice) 
and switch the valve back to the inlet hose position. Actually, I 
have one of these, but haven't installed it yet.
