     Don't know about "various areas," but Walt Barksdale (352-237-
6813) in Ocala, FL, is a "factory authorized" dealer, whatever that 
means.  Colin, the Hensley president, told me at Bismarck that they 
actually prefer to have the users install their hitches, because they 
will actually follow the instructions (which are very 
straightforward), whereas RV dealers tend to do it "their own way."
