[A/S] New Old Airstream Owner

Hi, everyone. I am a New old Airstream owner and would like some
guidance. First one of my favorite saying is "So many tools and so
little time" I have restored two sailboats 1 trailerable 25 foot and
one ocean going 34 foot. All this means is I love punishment and I am
not the sharpest tack in the pack.

I purchased a 68 Globetrotter without a inspection, see above. I did
have the pictures listed at the site below and many others not posted
as of this date. I trust the seller, as I believe he is totally
honest. The trailer will be delivered the 21 st. My plans are to set
it up, connect it up and run everything for a few days to see what
failures I have. I will then develop a project plan and go at it. I
would like some advice and opinions on the order to do the work and
other information.

1.	Was the original wood oiled, stained, or natural?
2.	Flooring How hard is it to install Pergo?
3.	Hitch and Brake Controller what do you like?
4.	Polishing what works and the easiest.
5.	Great additions and modifications, which do not take away
from the ambiance of Airstream.
6.	Inspection of systems and running gear, any tips.

All opinions are welcome, as everyone has a unique way of approaching
a problem.
