 This will work, but you should look for an inverter that provides
either "modified sine wave" or "true sine wave" output, as the charger
for the PMV will probably not care for the square wave output that is
typical of the lowest-cost inverters.

The charger should say how much power it requires, so all you have to do
is make sure that your inverter can supply at least that much juice.

Someone else mentioned simply charging the 12-volt batteries directly;
I'd think that would work OK. The PMV manufacturer should be consulted
as to connections, etc.
