Those are thermal resetable circuit breakers. There is no recommended 
replacement interval, but they can and do fail, so you want to make sure 
you can get to them later.
By the way Pollack makes a metal 7 pin socket that will fit in place of 
the original plastic socket on your coach. Pollack also makes a metal 7 
pin plug that fits into the metal socket. It maintains
the original look and function of the original.
Just a thought.
