Bruce,

I had a similar occurrence, but it was a hit and run in a parking lot.  
My insurance company sent an adjuster who examined the damage, 
photographed and contacted an Airstream dealer by phone.
(Parkview RV in Smyrna, DE)  They were able to give parts prices and 
labor estimate over the phone.  Quite painless.  I would expect that any 
Airstream Dealer could do the same.
