H Steve, I have an EU 2000, and a 12,000 BTU A/C, according to the Honda
brochure, it will not run it, but according to MAyberry's via Jim
Green,  the EU 2000 will run under overload for 7 sec , and will run it.

You do need to know the BTU number to figure it out. I would be a bit
worried that low power might hurt the A/C compressor or the fan motor...
