That's the one I was talking about, thinking that the springbars 
would lift the hitchbar slightly and lock it into place.  Apparently, 
that's nowhere near enough movement to lock it - Pearl has 
straightened me out on that count.  So, keep checking. I think I'll 
get a locking pin - I tend to forget things like checking the hitch 
pin every time.
