[A/S] Clear Coat (last question, promise)

Streamers,

You all have provided great answers to all of my questions, but I do have
one last one. I plan on removing my peeling clear coat with the household
ammonia, washing really good, clean and reseal all joints, then reapply
clear coat to my trailer that will not polish to a high shine. What is the
best clear coat to use and best way to apply?
