I too am in Tampa and the heat and humidity were getting the inside 
of my 1972 27' Overlander quite moist. Since I keep the trailer 
plugged in, I leave a dehumidifier inside that I bought at a garage 
sale for $5. Great deal. They are $180 new. That solved 
any "sweating" inside the hot trailer. I ran the hose out just behind 
the refrigerator through the floor. Works great. It pulls over a 
gallon of water out of the air every day here in Tampa. You can also 
re-use the water if you ever need it.

I did find one strange brown streak  running down my newly painted 
walls, and it was coming from a place where there could not have been 
a leak. After checking everything out, I remembered that I saw a 
green tree frog loose in the trailer (mine is still under heavy 
renovation but is sealed somewhat tight). Well, tree frogs which are 
comprised of about 90% water (not a scientific fact) release liquids. 
A nice way of saying the obvious. LOL Insects such as Palmetto bugs 
and large roaches also leave an amazing amount of brownish yellow 
stains on things. It's disgusting but I know that it happens.
