Greetings all:
I am setting up a new tow vehicle and need to know the following

1) Height to top of ball
   I have heard 19.5, 20" which is it and if you have to go more or   
   less wich is better

2) Ball angle
   I heard somewhere about 15 degrees to the rear

3) Length of shank
   Which is better 12" or 8"

The vehicle is a 1998 GMC Yukon 5.7L
