Jon,
I have a 13,500 Duo-Therm Penguin unit.  Obviously we are trying to 
be sure we don't have an operational problem.  What is interesting is 
that on our last trip we camped with the owners of my old trailer.  
It was 28' long and used a ducted Duo-Therm 13,500 BTU Brisk Air 
unit.  They were in the full sun like me and were very comfortable.  
As a matter of fact I have been to Florida with that trailer in 
exteremely hot and humid weather and was comfortable.

That's why this issue is perplexing to me.  Same number of BTU's, a 
trailer that is one foot shorter and not performing adequately.  
Something isn't right here.
