Hi Dan,

You need to first decide what kind of floor.. you have lots of 
options...wood, laminate wood, vinyl tile , linoleum...even cork. I think 
every kind is reresented on this list.

The floor should be plywood.... if you have carpet pull it up... if not make 
sure the plywood is even, just like in a house.

Then pick what you want and go for it.
