Chuck,
 That is an auto-reset circuit breaker, probably installed in the
"charge" line. You have one of 2 problems: either the breaker is going
bad and opening (and resetting as it cools) for no good reason or (more
likely) you have a short circuit someplace in the trailer. A bad battery
with a shorted cell could cause this.

Yes, you should be concerned, very much so.
