Bob,
 In our (somewhat limited) experience, the main problem has been with
folks using noisy generators in boondocking situations.

Motorhomes are not much of a problem in this regard because their
builtin gensets are quiet.

Folks with trailers seem to be unused to boondocking, so MUST have a
genset to cook, run their lights, etc. And because thier usage is
"limited", they seem to buy a hardware store genset for $500.00 instead
of spending $1000.00+ on a Honda, et. al. that's quiet. If they could
learn to operate w/o power for a few days and/or spend the $$$ on a good
genset, I'd have no quibbles with them.

We've yet to run into problems outside of that.
