Sounds like you have it pretty much figured out but for the
uninitiated, rules of thumb can get you into trouble if you don't
understand them. While dishatlanta1 is pretty close to the current
an average RV a/c will require while running, you must account for
its starting current draw which might be as much as double the
running current. So if  the a/c tries to start up while other things
are using generators capacity there may not be enough left to start
it. That's hard on the generator but worse on the a/c. A few low
voltage starting attempts could do the a/c in.

If the starting amperage requirements are published then just use
that to add into your other needs. If not, you would be close enough
just to take the running amps and double that then add in your other
needs.
