Was not sure about YOUR reaction to this type of inquiry.

I will, with your permission, disclose ALL facts if and when everything is
finished with the deal.

I did not want to give out broad band broadcast incase things got messy.

Needless to say, at this time, the transaction has not gone smoothly.

Will be happy to give a "blow by blow" to any and all off list until done.

Thank you for the "approval" to give facts, but will keep off list until
every thing is finished.
