Just go to any automotive supply store (like NAPA).  There are 2 types, one
for the "round, glass types", and one for the new "blade" types.  Sometimes
they come that will do both types of fuses.

Being someone that works in electronics/electrical, I just use a small
screwdriver and pry out the glass types, only AFTER THE POWER IS TURNED OFF.
Sorry for shouting, but safety cannot be stressed enough.  Most of the
'blade' types can either be pulled out with a small set of longnosed pliers,
or fingers.
