Ah... I see.. my last trailer was a 1994 and the clearcoat failed on it. I 
was fortunate that it was repaired before I bought it.

My clearcoat was going bad on this trailer after I brought it here to 
Tennessee and it was below freezing for a while.... I was again fortunate 
that replacing all the hail damaged skin also took care of that problem.
