Good Luck.  When I bought my 1965 Overlander, The seller said some of the 
appliances needed work.  Well, he was right.  The items I need to replace are 
around $1500.  It's ok with me cause I was able to get the unit for $1900. 
So, with an investment of maybe $2000 or so(Ha, Ha) I will have a good 
trailer, and know what's in it. Judging from the cost of the appliances etc, 
I see now why they call them LandYachts.  Check out Vintage Airstreams.com.  
They have a good section on price vs condition.
