[A/S] Humidity question

I'm in the process of studying and learning about my new 1972 
Overlander which I have now owned for about 3 weeks. We finally 
started having our rainy season here in Tampa, and I have been 
hanging out in it to locate any leaks. So far only one or two, most 
likely coming from the clearance lights in the front. Not a problem 
to fix.

My question is, it appears that because of the high humidity in 
Tampa, and the added humid conditions of the rains, that there are 
drops of moisture forming on the ceiling in places I know it can't be 
a leak. Has anyone else ever experienced this? And if so, how do you 
prevent everything from getting damp and mildewy. I just put a 
dehumidifier in the trailer and it seemed to have made a big 
difference. What does everyone do on a regular basis when the trailer 
is just sitting between treks?
