    We have a 75/27 Overlander, same set up although I don't believe we have 
16 gal. gray tank. And with 5 of us if we did have 16 it would still be too 
small. Last summer I had to pull the pan and access the holding tanks to do 
some support work for them and I can't see how you can stuff a larger tank in 
there. I'm not a long time A/S buff so maybe someone else has an idea. 
However we handle gray water like this. Most rallies we have attended have 
permitted gray (or washwater as the term has been recommended we use) to be 
run out on the ground. If this is not posable we have a 25 gal blue tank that 
we dump the washwater into then take it to the dump station. During our 
traveling the gray tank has plenty of capacity for wash ups ect. 
    Don't let this freak you out but there are some years in the seventies 
that is advisable to travel with empty tanks as the frame rails lack the 
support for the job. Another reason to stick with the supplied tank. I don't 
know the years or length that is more susceptible than others, but full 
tanks, bicycle racks aggravate the situation.
