[A/S] Freon and Door Grip

Hello,
 I have a Armstrong Baybreeze A/C unit on my 1964 Tradewind and would 
like to know what type of freon this unit uses.  I found someone to 
service it, but he needs to know the type of freon.  Also, on the 
right side of the door on the outside of the trailer there is a 
handle to help steady yourself as you climb in. The chrome is flaking 
off mine and I would like to remove it to have it redone. Does anyone 
know how to remove this handle.
