Scott,
I was up in Southfield for some training classes in the early 70's.  
After class some of the guys used to head out for Windsor for some 
evening fun.  From what I was told, a couple of them got lit up prior 
to their trip through the tunnel.  When they got to the Canadian side, 
the question was asked "what state are you from".  One of the guys 
feeling no pain yelled out, "I'm from the state of Euphoria!".

Needless to say that gentleman spent 6 hours sitting alone in a room 
clearing his thoughts and rethinking his home local.
