Am looking at a 1978 model Tradewind.  The current owner says it has a vacuum 
line to operate the trailer brakes.  I thought trailer brakes were electric?  
Are the type of brake systems safe?  Should I avoid a trailer with this tyoe 
system?

HELP PLEASE!!!!!
